4 Weeks Women's Self-Defence Course

The course is ideal if you have previously dismissed the idea of yourself as a 'martial arts person' or have been put off by the intimidating atmosphere at other dojos.

No previous experience is required and you don't need to be especially fit or do any kind of physical preparation. Just come as you are and be ready to have fun with like-minded people.
