Not just physical training — covers what to notice, what to say, when to leave, what the law allows, and what to do if escape is not possible. **For schools & colleges:** Age-appropriate personal safety, confidence and self-defence education for young people. Suitable for Year 12 / sixth form, colleges, youth groups, and transition-to-adulthood sessions. **For workplaces & teams:** Practical training for staff who may deal with difficult, aggressive or unpredictable situations. Suitable for public-facing workers, reception and front desk staff, lone workers, and community-facing roles. **Session topics:** Awareness (spotting risk early, noticing exits), Boundaries (voice, space and assertive action), De-escalation (staying calm and reducing conflict), The Law (reasonable force and common misconceptions), Escape principles (movement, positioning and getting away), Physical responses (simple actions when escape is not possible). **Delivery formats:** Taster session (1h, low-commitment introduction when time is tight or testing fit), Practical workshop (2h–3h, hands-on practice drilling core skills in one session), Multi-session course (3+ sessions of 2h each, skills revisited and reinforced for confidence that lasts beyond a single visit). Sessions delivered at your venue or our Ipswich training space.
