# Frequently Asked Questions

### Do I have to arrive at 18:00 on Thursdays?

No. You can start at a later time. We realise you might not finish work on time to arrive at 18:00, or that rush hour traffic can delay you. Just let us know by email or WhatsApp when you plan to arrive (18:30, 18:45 or 19:00, for example) and we'll be ready to integrate you into the class when you arrive.

### What happens at the end of the free intro class?

You decide if you want to continue training. You don't need to make an immediate decision. You won't need to book online for your next class – just turn up. Classes are £10 payable by cash or bank transfer. Ask an instructor if you're interested in a monthly membership.

### Where are classes held?

Classes are held at Murrayside Community Centre, Nacton Road, Ipswich, IP3 9JL. We train in the MMA Room.

### What are the class times?

We train on Thursdays 6-8pm and Sundays 10am-12pm.

### Is parking available?

Yes, free parking is available on site.

### Do I need to sign a contract? 

There are no contracts. For monthly membership, we ask you to set up a standing order with your bank. You can login to your bank account and cancel your standing order (and membership) at any time with no penalties or fees.

### What payment methods do you accept?  

We accept cash, bank transfer and standing orders.

### Can I freeze my membership?  

You can freeze your membership at any time. Log into your bank account and cancel your standing order. We will put a hold on your membership until you reactivate it.

### Are there any hidden fees? 

There are no hidden fees.

### Are there any other fees?

There is a small fee for each grading. Gradings are occasional and always optional. If you decline to grade there is no fee.

### Do you offer a discount for students and the employed?

Yes, we offer a 50% discount for students and the employed.
